Customer Service Training Network (CSTN) Training Programme of the Year 2010.

WINNER

This was for the training programme called ā€˜BeLV=dā€™ which was a week-long intensive customer service and behavioural skills course. The audience was both call centre colleagues and managers and was aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction scores as well as positively changing behaviours. This featured a 5 day intensive course mixed with daily coaching to embed the training and overall behaviours.

Customer Contact Innovation Award Entrepreneurial Culture ā€“ 2017

WINNER

This award was created for us at Sky Betting and Gaming for the outstanding performance we achieved for changing the culture. Within a 12-month period, we built a fully formed L&D department allowing colleagues the opportunity to develop their skills and providing access to accessible training via a LMS and internal team. This massively changed the culture from having limited access to learning.
